What's your typical timeline?

Most projects run 3–7 weeks depending on scope. Foundation packages (Brand Identity, Web Presence) tend toward the shorter end (2–4 weeks). Signature packages and editorial work run longer (6–8 weeks). Retainer partnerships continue monthly with rolling deliverables.
Do you work remotely?

Yes. I'm based in Croydon, New Hampshire but collaborate with clients nationwide via Zoom, Figma, email, and Slack. No travel required unless you'd like an in-person workshop (arranged separately).

Standard terms: 50% deposit to begin, 25% upon first concept presentation, 25% before final file delivery. Larger projects may qualify for 4-payment schedules over the project lifecycle.

All signature packages include a 90-day support window post-launch. Ongoing work is available through partnership retainers starting at $1,600/month, or ad-hoc support billed at $150/hour.
You work directly with me throughout the project. I don't delegate to junior designers or rotate account managers. You get senior-level judgment from day one.
Each tier includes specific revision rounds (typically 2–3 concept presentations + refinement rounds). Additional rounds are billed at $150/hour. Unlimited revisions are included only in Signature tier packages.
I offer a Foundation tier in each category (starting at $2,200–$3,500). If even that exceeds your range, we can discuss phasing—starting with one deliverable now and adding more later
Yes. NDAs are standard for confidential projects. Just let me know during the discovery phase and I'll provide one.
