Professional Services

Engaging Alex Konsevick for design services requires a signed agreement outlining scope, timeline, payment terms, and intellectual property rights. Verbal agreements are not binding.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive commercial rights to final deliverables. Source files remain the designer's property unless a buyout fee is negotiated. Designer retains portfolio usage rights indefinitely.

Disclaimers

Work is provided "as is" without warranty. Revisions are limited to agreed terms. Additional work beyond scope is billed at the prevailing rate of $150/hour.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New Hampshire, United States.
