Creative Partnership

Tier 1

Monthly Support
$1,600/month (8 hours)

Best for founders who need occasional design help without the commitment of a retainer.

Tier 2

Growth Partner
$2,850/month (15 hours)

Best for companies scaling with regular content and campaign needs.

Tier 3

Strategic Lead
$4,500/month (25 hours)

Best for organizations treating you as their de facto creative director.

Ongoing design support for brands that need flexibility without full-time hire costs. Think of me as your embedded creative director, available when you need me.

You get eight hours of my time each month, available whenever something comes up. Need a social banner redesigned? A slide deck polished? A logo tweak before print runs? That's what this is for.

Email priority access means I respond within 48 hours—no ghosting, no black holes. You can mix and match tasks however you need them; one month might be web updates, the next might be brand collateral. There's no prescribed schedule.

Any work beyond the eight hours gets billed at $150/hour, tracked transparently and invoiced monthly. Three-month minimum commitment ensures we're aligned long enough to build momentum.

This is for founders who want design support without hiring staff or juggling multiple freelancers.

Fifteen hours per month gives you breathing room for bigger projects—monthly campaigns, feature launches, or ongoing content creation. Slack and email priority access with 24-hour response time means I'm available when things move fast.

A thirty-minute strategy call each month keeps us aligned on priorities and upcoming deadlines. Same-day revisions on urgent requests handle last-minute needs without derailing your plans.

Overshoot the hours? Same $150/hour overage rate applies. But with fifteen hours, you're less likely to hit the ceiling. The three-month minimum lets us establish workflow rhythms that actually stick.

This tier is for organizations treating design as infrastructure, not an afterthought.

Twenty-five hours per month means I'm embedded in your operations. Direct communication line—Slack, phone, whatever you prefer. Biweekly strategy sessions keep us locked in on long-term goals, competitive moves, and evolving needs.

If your team has junior designers or marketing coordinators, I provide handoff support so they understand brand guidelines, asset organization, and creative standards. You get first right of refusal on new projects—if something pops up unexpectedly, I see it before anyone else.

Overages still bill at $150/hour, but you're unlikely to reach them. Six-month preferred commitment builds the trust and context necessary for strategic-level collaboration.

At this level, I'm not executing tasks—I'm helping shape how your brand shows up in the world.

Still not sure which tier fits?

Most solo founders start with Monthly Support. It's flexible enough to test the partnership without overcommitting. If you're running regular campaigns or managing a small marketing team, Growth Partner gives you predictable bandwidth. And if you're essentially outsourcing your creative direction, Strategic Lead makes sense from day one.
